Philanthropic support is essential to the operations and future of the American Saddlebred Museum. To ensure the Museum will continue to educate future generations about the Saddlebred, it needs to secure funding for tomorrow's operations and property maintenance.
Won't you consider a Planned Gift to the Museum? These gifts need not affect cash flow during your lifetime, but can leave a legacy that will endure beyond your lifetime. Gifts can be made in many forms, e.g.
- In Wills
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Real Estate
- Art Work or Collectibles
- Life Insurance Proceeds
- Designation of a Bank or Brokerage Account
- Through IRA Retirement Accounts
In general, designation of the above assets to the Museum can provide donors with lifetime income, avoid capital gain taxes when the assets are sold and benefit the Museum well into the future.
If you wish to make a bequest to the American Saddlebred Museum, please let us know of your intentions. You need not disclose the amount. You may choose to be recognized or to remain anonymous. All of your requests will be respected and held in the strictest confidence.
For more information, or assistance with making a planned gift, please contact the Museum at (859) 259-2746 or by email.
